My name is Mya.  I was born in August in Shreveport,Louisiana.  I live with my parents and my three little brothers; Jonah, age nine, Gunar, age five, and Ryder, age three.  They can be really annoying sometimes, but I still love them.
In my spare time, I like to write and listen to music.  I also enjoy playing piano and percussion.  I enjoy singing, as well, though I’m not sure how good I actually am.  my mom and I are in a two person(so far)”band” called Bowing Branches.  My mom writes the lyrics, piano part, and melody, which she sings and plays, and I write the harmony and drum part, which I sing and play.  We switch every once in a while, but I never write the lyrics.  My favorite place to sing is in the car.  For some reason, I like taking drives, and when the music’s loud, no one can hear me singing.
My goals for this year include, but are not limited to, getting good grades, trying not to get sick, and making new friends.  Who knows what all I’ll do? The sky’s the limit!
